whenever i have to write anything about my work, i find i kinda freeze up a little bit. i’m an analog obsessive – preferring to do my work with vintage, antiquated and or broken technology.

i’m one of those people that’s always got my camera with me.

not like, some big ass honker of a camera, but i always carry a camera.

i realized a while ago that i have a need to create. that sounds a lil woo-woo-hokey-tortured-artist doesn’t it? but, it’s true. the points in my life that have been the darkest for me, have been points where i have stopped creating for one reason or another.

finding a good shot, a perfect moment, the perfect subject, these things happen usually by accident. some of my favourite photographs were accidents of fate and chance.

with that said, i am also always working on my own little projects. taking garbage i find at thrift stores and making something with it.

some projects i’m currently working on have models needed for:

-women and or femme identifying people with tattooed hands

-men or male identifying people with guns (especially if you have realtree clothing and hand done tattoos)

women or femme identifying people with lots of tattoos or piercings

-elders of any gender (specifically elders with tattoos but open to anyone)

-members of the sca

-musicians & artists

-people with wood panelled houses / heritage houses

-people with scars

-abandoned houses/structures/property

-people with doll collections

i’m also currently looking for british columbia area people for my currently untitled short film about small town life in canada.

i also accept photography bookings if you happen to like the style i shoot in.

sliding scale rates available.

you can contact me via the contact form on this blog to discuss projects and rates.
